To begin with we give you a one week trial. You won't be charged during this week so you can test our service and make sure it meets your requirements.

The total number of queries per month depends on how many documents you return with each response. Empty responses (which return no documents), or count queries (which simply count matching documents) count against your quota as 100 documents.

The maximum number of days you can search over. Searches outside of this range will not return content.

Basic accounts only have access to our basic sources. Please contact us after you've signed up for a basic plan for premium accounts to access social media and other sources.


Payments are charged monthly. Premium plans require 60 days termination. You can cancel after the first week with no charges to your account.


What happens when I hit the usage limit for my pricing tier?

When your requests hit a limit we return HTTP 402 (Payment required) for all your API requests. You can just login again and change your payment plan to use the next tier and all your requests will continue working at that point.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, billing is done via a commonly used third-party payment service: Stripe. We never get your credit card number.

How long can I use the free trial?

One week. You can cancel up until the first week is over then you will be billed for the next month.

Can I cancel my subscription?

With basic plans you can cancel at any time, for any reason. You'll still have full access until the end of the current billing period.

With premium plans (accessing Social Media or other premium features) it will be either 60 or 90 days (check your terms of service).

Can I downgrade plans if I no longer need so much?

Yes, but note that your quota for the month will still apply so if you downgrade too soon this will mean your requests may fail due to exceeding quota.

Are there any setup fees?

None for the vast majority of accounts. Some custom accounts require setup feeds for accessing new/bulk sources.

Can you bill me in my currency instead of USD?

Possibly, it depends which currency. We are happy to bill our customers in any major, stable currency.

Credit cards are a pain, can you invoice me instead?

Yes for annual plans, no for monthly/basic plans.

Is my credit card information secure?

We never get your credit card details, they are stored only by Stripe, one of the largest payment processors in the world.
